PANEER BURJI [Scrambled Cottage Cheese]

I wanted to do something different with Paneer because my dear hubby likes only paneer butter masala,so for change did this recipe


250gm grated paneer [cottage cheese]
onion finely chopped -1/2 cup
finely chopped tomato-1/4th cup
finely chopped red pepper [capsicum]-1/4th cup
butter -1/2 tsp
kasuri methi -1/2 tsp
basil -1/2 tsp
salt to taste
red chilli powder -1tsp
cumin and coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp


In a wok ,heat the butter add finely chopped onion fry til it is brown,later add the tomatoes and red pepper
to this mixture add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,cumin and coriander powder,basil and kasturi methi,mix these well so that masala's blend well with each other
At last add the grated the paneer and salt to taste add water if necessary fry this for 5 min and serve hot with roti or puri.
